Easy Grilled Tri Tip
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
ground black pepper to taste
4 pounds beef tri tip, cut into 1/2 inch slices
In a large, non-reactive bowl, blend the soy sauce, olive oil, water, garlic, and pepper. Place the beef tri tip in the marinade. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Grill the beef slices 3 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Discard remaining marinade.

1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Season beef steaks on both sides with the salt and pepper. In a shallow dish, beat egg and water until blended. In a second shallow dish combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Dip each steak into egg mixture then into coating mixture to coat both sides.
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium to medium-high heat until hot. Add the steak and cook 5-6 minutes, turning once. Remove to a platter and keep warm. Repeat Sprinkle with chopped tomato and parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound sweet Italian pork sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices (On Sale)
1 large green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (On Sale)
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook until well browned, stirring occasionally. Remove the sausage from the skillet. Pour off any fat.
Add the pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the soup and milk and heat to a boil. Return the sausage to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cook until the sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Place the pasta into a large bowl. Add the sausage mixture and toss to coat.

2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a large casserole dish.
Place the olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add cauliflower, and shake to mix. Pour into the prepared casserole dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown
